I have got to say the course at Cecil Court last week was fantastic, one of the best I have attended as Michael has to be one of the best trainers I have come across in all my years of working in care, he was able to identify if people were beginning to lag or get the tired feeling after lunch, so he made it interesting and kept us all upbeat, Normally I hate to do training especially over a few days, but I have to say this was not the case this time, he would have banter with us but controlled and he kept the room engaged with his experiences and knowledges and this made a huge difference that someone knew what they were training, because of both of those things we could all relate to what one another was saying. It was great to be able to say something without explaining the scenario or reason behind it, I hope that moving forward he can become our trainer with this course and many others so I can torture him again with banter, all be it friendly and relevant.
