Overview of Course
Our one day Disciplinary & Grievance training will help you address employee conduct issues and deal with grievances fairly and appropriately, whilst helping maintain your company culture and reputation. It will also help you reduce the risk of an expensive tribunal claim.
Learn how to conduct effective investigations, disciplinary, and grievance meetings and understand the legal rights of employees and the employer outlined by Acas.
Please note we will not be able to discuss specific cases in detail and will focus on use of formal policies/procedures. Management of performance and capability issues are not covered by this course.
