Beginning his career as a Care Worker at the age of 17, Paul quickly rose up through the ranks to be one of the UK’s youngest care managers by the age of 21. After a few successful years at the head of a small group of Residential Care Homes for the elderly, Paul went on to become Director of Operations for a national domiciliary provider. At 27, Paul took on the role of Managing Director and then owner of SVL Care which comprised of Care Homes as well as beginning his career in Education as a senior lecturer.
At the age of 45, he is now the co-founder of Care Business Associate Training, one of the largest educational providers in Health & Social Care, founder and creator of eCompetency Ltd which was recently sold to the Access Group and still manages SVL Care Homes.
During the pandemic, Paul also started up the Health & Social Care Club which has thousands of members and runs formative rooms on a weekly basis to its audience. You will also find Paul speaking at national conferences throughout the UK, discussing management and leadership topics.
